About Ereignis Institute

Ereignis Institute offers learning experiences that enhances perception and improves quality of life. Our multidisciplinary programme provides a space for reflection on philosophical, cultural, and practice-oriented topics. We encourage independent thinking and an inquisitive, knowledge-based approach to the good life, without reducing students to metrics.

Our professors are experts in their fields who actively engage with their students to understand their unique circumstances and backgrounds. We pose ethical challenges to established boundaries between academic work and artistic and experiential modes of knowledge and practice. Our modules are suitable for anyone interested in the study of philosophy, culture, or psychoanalysis.

Our student survey shows that our diverse community includes graduate and advanced undergraduate students, early career academics, and others with a strong interest in exploring new avenues of thought and knowledge. Check out our course catalogue to join us on this journey of discovery.
