Dr Yang Yeung

Yang Yeung follows artists and strives to transmit their visions in words. Sometimes she manages to; sometimes she fails. She founded the non-profit soundpocket in 2008 in Hong Kong and is currently its Artistic Director. She finds herself lucky to be part of The Listening Biennial, art collective 1983 (HK), research network Institute for Public Art, the International Art Critics Association (HK), and, right here, Ereignis. She currently teaches ancient and modern classics (with a small "c") at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
