I'm a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Gastronomic Sciences (Pollenzo, Italy). From July 2022 to December 2023, I held a postdoctoral research position at Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto (Japan). My research interests encompass gustatory aesthetics, philosophy of food, eating disorders, and the intersection of cooking and pastry with art and design. On these topics, I wrote some scientific papers and one monograph: Il dolce. Una relazione estetica (Edizioni ETS, 2023). Pastry chef since 2014, I also promoted the political role of food as an instrument of self-determination and empowerment by working with some women's cooperatives.
