Paolo Bosca is a PhD candidate in the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo and the University of Turin. His research uses food and food-related agricultural practices to explore the use and the conceptualization of space, from an aesthetic-driven perspective. He writes for several academic and non-academic journals and participates in artistic and curatorial projects in Italy and Europe.
